Dec 20, 2020 In ASpec's video where he's comparing 1.9 to 2.0, he has unlocked all techs via the console and seems to have a 120 fleet command limit. Titans have a fleet cost of 16. I am not sure about fleet or empire-wide limits… Sectors are one of the most important mechanics found in Stellaris. This is not only an add-on to the main economic line, but a factor necessary to complete the game. More information on them can be found below.

This allows some interesting possibilities, like using your Titan for fleet support/repair/refit "behind enemy lines". It keeps the "provide passive buffs/debuffs" via buildings. It's ideal for holding a vital chokepoint, but can't be used in hit-and-run raids - you always know when an enemy Titan is and where it's going with plenty of warning.
